It is from the Holiday Crafts 2010 from Better Homes and Gardens Creative Collection. The designer is Robin Kingsley. This pillow is just something I would have in my home during the holidays. I wish I was able enough with the sewing machine. Instead I created with paper and a canvas. Good ole Mod Podge.
My Creation
I again used one of those thin, flat canvases. Painted it red. I used the snowman pattern from the magazine to cut out the shapes (just a different size) and attached the pieces with Mod Podge. I then covered it with Mod Podge Gloss (I didn’t like that) and added the embellishments. I liked this so much that I made more, and then found a penguin I liked and did some penguins too. (None of these sold at the fair
.)
When I didn’t like how the Mod Podge Gloss looked I just sprayed them with the Mod Podge Gloss spray, you can’t really see the spots you see in the pictures.
